This 6-week course is for those interested in getting a jump-start in developing a regular mindfulness practice in their daily lives. The course will include a weekly in-depth look at a core mindfulness concept, as well as exposure to a variety of mindfulness practices. By the end of the course, participants will have a solid foundation in general mindfulness practices, as well as the tools and context to help relate them to the everyday challenges we face in veterinary medicine.
