Foundations of Mindfulness

This course is designed for those interested in deepening their exploration of mindfulness after attending our introductory ‘Mindfulness for Animal Welfare’ session. If you’d like to learn more and are interested in getting a jump-start in developing a regular mindfulness practice in your life, this course is for you! The course will include a weekly in-depth look at a core mindfulness concept, as well as exposure to a variety of mindfulness practices. By the end of the course, participants will have a solid foundation in general mindfulness practices, as well as the tools and context to help relate them to the everyday challenges we face in animal welfare.

Sundays 5-6pm PST / 8-9pm EST
